Communicating with ecard recipients

You can resend your ecard to a recipient or group of recipients by clicking on "resend ecard" button in the 'ecard report' tab and then continuing the steps to resend.

Recipient comments/messages
When recipients view the ecard web page, they have the option of sending you a private message by clicking the <message sender> button or, if the event stream is public, they can leave a public comment on the ecard web site.

Private messages are attached to the RSVP notification emails that you receive. Alternatively, you may view private messages by going to your event management page, clicking the 'ecard report' tab and then clicking the "private messages" option. This will take you to a page with a list of private messages sent to you. To respond to a private message, click the <reply> button for the recipient on the private messages page.
