Publishing your event/ecard web page


Your event/ecard web page cannot be properly viewed by guests until it has been published. Publishing of your event/ecard web page is done automatically as part of the send process when you send an invite/ecard to your guests.


If you choose to create an event/ecard web page without adding guests to your guest list and you plan to share the link with them directly, you will be given the option to publish your event/ecard to the web. This will allow you to share the link with anyone to view online. Once you add guests/recipients to an event/ecard, you will no longer see the publish button. Instead you will see the 'review & send' button.


The link for your page exists as soon as you start creating an invite or ecard. However, until you complete the "publish" or the "review & send" process, anyone who directly visits the web page for your event/ecard will not see the page properly. In fact, there will be a modal overlay on the page with the word "DRAFT".
