Sending text messages (SMS)

You can send your events/ecards to your guests/recipients by text message (SMS). Please note that SMS messages are not limited to North America. You can send SMS messages worldwide. To send an SMS message to your guest/recipient, just check the SMS option under the "guest list" or "list" tab when adding recipients/guests. You will need to enter your guest/recipient's mobile number in the international dialing format (eg. +1.646.555.1234).

Guests of an event who get sent an SMS invite will receive an SMS informing them of the name of the event, the date and the host as well as a link to the event web page. Recipients of an ecard who get sent an SMS will be sent a quick message and a link to the ecard web page.

You can also send reminder messages by SMS to guests of your events. Please note that sending SMS is a chargeable service. When you buy SMS credits you buy them in packs of 20. Any unused SMS message credits will be kept in your account and can be used in the future. For more on our costs, please visit Costs.
