Using list manager


The list manager (accessed by the "lists" tab for logged-in users) manages your contacts. It contains contact information for your guests/recipients sorted by ecard/event in addition to a general address book. You can manually add contacts to your general address book, import contact information from an event/ecard to other events/ecards, copy contact information from your address book to an event/ecard or vice versa all using a simple drag and drop method from within the list manager interface.


Adding contacts

You can add contacts to your general address book by clicking on "Address Book" in the left column then clicking on "Add contact" in the right column.

You add contacts to an event by clicking on an event in the left column then clicking on "Add contact" in the right column.


Copying contacts

You can copy all guests/recipients from one event/ecard to another. From the event/ecard list in the list manager on the left, simply drag and drop your event/ecard with your contacts to the intended ecard/event.


Similarly, to copy all contacts from your address book into the guest/recipient list for your invite/ecard, select all your contacts in the address book and drag them to the event/ecard in the left column of the list manager.


Also, you can copy individuals from one recipient/guest list to another or to the address book using simple drag and drop.


Defining tags for your contacts

Tags attached to contacts are useful in helping you to organize your lists. A tag is a keyword or term that can be assigned to your contact. Within the list manager, you can sort your contact lists by tags and also search for contacts by tag.
