Using pingg to host an event

pingg helps people organize and manage events. These events can be any type of gathering (birthday, holiday, wedding, girls' night out, business retreat, gallery opening, bar-b-q etc.).

A host will setup an event by providing general event information (location, date, guest list, etc.), as well as select or design an invitation. Hosts can then decide how their guests will receive the invitation (email, text message, postal mail, social networks i.e. Facebook, or any combination) and pingg will deliver the invitations to those on the guest list appropriately.

Guests can then respond/RSVP to the invitation, and provide additional information (number of attendees, messages to the host or to the entire guest list, etc.) through a unique web site that pingg provides for every event. Hosts can continue to add additional guests, get response information and send messages to guests at any time.
