View RSVPs
By default, you are sent a daily summary of RSVP responses so you can keep track of RSVPs for your event. You can also see these totals on the event web page, if your guest list is not private.
There are a number of ways you can use to view the individual RSVPs of guests:
- You can log into your pingg account and click your event name in the 'dashboard' to go to the event management page. Then click the 'event report' tab. Under that tab, you will see an event stream that includes which guest responded and their RSVP - to see this information, click the "SHOW RSVPs" link.
- The 'event report' tab also contains the guestlist, including the RSVP status for each guest in the RSVP column.
- You can change your event settings so that you receive notification of each RSVP sent by a guest instead of a daily summary. To do this, log into your account, go to the event management page, then click the 'rsvp options' tab. Under the tab, change the drop down for "Notify me of RSVPs" to"Yes, each time by email".
- If you did not hide guest list & RSVPs on the event web page, you can go directly to the event web page and look at the guest list. Click the <show guestlist> button to see the list - it will be organized based on guest RSVPs.
- Alternatively, if you did not hide event stream on the event web page, you can go directly to the event web page to see the event stream, which contains info on which guest responded and their RSVP. Click the "SHOW RSVPs" link to view the RSVPs.
