Postal Invitations & Cards FAQ

Below is a list of the most frequently asked questions that apply to postal invitations and cards.

How long does postal delivery take?
Postal invitations and cards are mailed within 2 business days of submitting your order. The cards are then generally delivered to guests/recipients within 2-10 business days by U.S. mail. International orders may take longer.

Can you send all postal invitations and cards to me so I can send them to guests?
We currently are not able to deliver all your invitations or cards to you. Our service is end-to-end, in that we print, stamp and mail the cards directly from our printer's facility to your recipients.

Can I send a postal sample just to myself?
At this time there is no specific feature to send a postal invitation or card as a sample to yourself only. The workaround we suggest is that you add yourself to the guest/recipient list (just need to enter your name and mailing address) and select postal delivery.

Can I print my invitation or card myself?
Printing your invitations and cards yourself is not a supported feature. Our postal delivery service is end-to-end and includes printing and mailing the invitations and cards directly to your guests/recipients. Depending on your computer configuration, you may be able to print the email invitation or card in a satisfactory quality but this is not a supported service of our site.

How can I see a preview of my postal invitation or card?
To preview the postal version of your invitation or card before sending, log into your account and click the invitation or card. Click the "options" tab of an unsent event or the "edit options" button of a sent event. Click the "preview" link at the bottom of the page, or the "final preview" button on the confirmation page (the next page) then click "postal". This will show the front, inside and back of the invitation or card.

The postal version of an invitation or ecard looks different from the email or web version. For your utmost satisfaction, please ensure that you have looked at the preview of the postal version of your invitation or ecard before ordering (you will be prompted to do so before submitting your order).
