By default, you are sent a daily summary of RSVP responses so you can keep track of RSVPs for your event. You can also see these totals on the event report, and on the event web page if the guest list is not private.
There are a number of ways you can view the individual RSVPs of guests:
- You can log into your account and click your event in your dashboard to go to the event report. The event report contains the guest list, including the RSVP status for each guest.
- The event report also includes a news & comments stream that includes which guests responded and their RSVPs - to see this information, click the "SHOW RSVPs" link.
- You can change your event settings so that you receive notifications of each RSVP sent by guests, or no updates at all, instead of a daily summary. To do this, log into your account, click the invitation in your dashboard, and click the "Edit options" icon. Scroll down to "RSVP & privacy settings" and change the drop down selection for "Notify me of RSVP updates".
- If you did not hide the guest list & RSVPs on the event web page, you can go directly to the event web page and look at the guest list. Click the "guest list" tab to see the list. It will be organized based on guest RSVPs.
